John J. Boulton

John J. Boulton


John brings years of experience in litigation to the firm. He concentrates on general commercial litigation, including complex contract and business disputes, employment litigation, construction disputes, commercial and residential real estate, and white collar criminal defense. He also served as a criminal law clerk for the Criminal Presiding Judge, Linda L. Lawhun, where he handled countless mediations in the Special Civil Part/Tenant/Landlord Court. His wide breadth of experience will serve the firm’s clients well.

John received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School. While in law school, John participated in the Moot Court Program and the Criminal Defense Clinic. He also was a Research Editor on the Delaware Law School’s Law Review.
