Maximilian J. Ranzato, an associate at the firm, serves as both a litigator and transactional attorney.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Ranzato worked at a New York law firm, where he assisted with insurance defense and appellate matters. In this role, he conducted legal research, drafted motions, and assisted in case management. He also implemented document automation practices into the firm to efficiently streamline internal processes. 

Mr. Ranzato earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2023. During his time in law school, he was a Staff Editor for the New York Law School Law Review, writing papers on trademarks, patents, and artificial intelligence. He also was a member of the NYLS Patent Law Clinic. Additionally, he was involved in various student organizations, including the First Generation Professionals Group, the Media Entertainment and Fashion Law Association, and the IP Law Society.

Prior to pursuing his legal career, Mr. Ranzato obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University in 2019, where he demonstrated leadership qualities as an engaged member of the university community.
