Victor Andreou


Victor Andreou is Counsel at PEM Law. Mr. Andreou is well-versed in the area of litigation and has experience in all facets from initiation through trial, handling complex commercial and business disputes, contract issues, employment defense, real estate transactional issues, franchise issues and Telephone Consumer Protection Act violations, among others. He is experienced in handling mediation and arbitrations, including with Judges and court mediators, the American Arbitration Association and private mediators.

Mr. Andreou also has experience representing employers in traditional labor law matters on behalf of large-size multi-state operators to mid-sized businesses.  He has appeared on behalf of management for union election matters, at the bargaining table during collective bargaining and has experience arbitrating contractual grievance disputes and disciplinary matters. He has also appeared before the National Labor Relations Board to represent employers on election challenges, unfair labor practice charges and unit clarification petitions. 

While at the Charleston School of Law, Mr. Andreou served as the Chief Justice of the school’s Supreme Court and also as the Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Student Bar Association. He is licensed in the States of South Carolina, Connecticut, and New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for the Districts of Connecticut and New Jersey.

Mr. Andreou is a proud first-generation Cypriot-American and fluent in the Greek language.
